We ship orders only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and before Noon Wednesdays

We follow this shipping schedule to avoid delays over weekends and to ensure your fish arrive safely and promptly.

We ship USPS Priority Mail Express, FedEx 2 Day, and UPS Next Day Air Saver.

Free shipping is offered ONLY for USPS Priority Mail Express for snail purchases!

Tracking number will be provided once your order ships!

The Live Arrival Guarantee is void if:

The package is left outside or delivery is missed

Incorrect shipping information was provided

Temperatures are below 32°F or above 95°F at destination

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.
DOA Policy

You must contact us within 2 hours of first delivery attempt and confirmation.

Clear photos and/or video are required, including:

The deceased fish or snail in the unopened bag

A clear photo of the shipping label and the package your order arrived in

A photo of the entire contents inside the box

We will replace the DOA livestock when possible (buyer pays shipping).

If replacements are unavailable, we will issue a refund for the livestock only (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Credits/refunds apply only to the affected livestock, not the full order unless all livestock are DOA
Voids

Incorrect acclimation

Water parameter issues in the buyer’s tank

Delays caused by carrier errors or weather

Packages left outside after delivery

Refused or returned shipments

Snails that appear inactive but revive after acclimation (snails may appear dormant during shipping)

We reserve the right to delay shipment during extreme weather conditions to protect our stock. We do not ship during extreme weather conditions for the safety of the fish.
We may contact you to reschedule if temperatures are unsafe for shipping. Guarantee is void if fish are left outdoors in extreme temperatures.
Important Notes

Please bring live fish inside promptly after delivery. The insulated box won't protect them for long periods of time if exposed to freezing or hot temperatures.

When opening the boxes, consider that the fish have been in the dark throughout the shipment. Boxes should be opened in a dimly lit area whenever possible
